What is Tailored Leisure?

We all deserve to take care of our mental and physical health. Exercise, rest and relaxation are essential to our wellbeing. But many people with physical disabilities are excluded from health and leisure activities due to their physical needs. That’s why Tailored Leisure provide people with physical disabilities, or long term conditions, truly accessible opportunities to get fit, feel great and unwind. They offer; a FREE online fitness programme, wellbeing services, one to one or group Spa and accessible hydrotherapy sessions. They also want to hear from families about barriers to leisure and short break services.

Physical Activity Support at home for young people

Tailored Leisure are now offering FREE 8-week, SEND friendly, Boxercise Program, suitable for ages 12-16. The program will be delivered by qualified instructors, online so that you can take part at home. There are many benefits to taking part in the program including; boosted confidence, improved fitness and an increased sense of wellbeing.
